Born from a nostalgic yearning for hometown flavors, Hainan House proudly introduces light and refreshing flavours and our homey Chinese menu. Our approach employs time-honoured culinary techniques to showcase iconic Hainanese dishes like chicken rice, poached poussin (internationally recognised as hainanese chicken), and Yi Bua sticky rice cakes. Rooted in the Qiong Cuisine of Southern China, our culinary style encompasses influences from Canton, Hakka, and Min regions. We're thrilled to bring to London the cherished flavors of our childhood mealtimes.
Crafting a distinctive flavor profile, our goal is to capture cherished food memories along the Southern Chinese path. At Hainan House, we're dedicated to crafting dishes using carefully chosen ingredients. Beyond concocting new recipes, we're often on a journey through South China, unearthing hidden treasures to bring back and share with you.
Only lunch sets and noodle dishes are available during weekday lunch hours, the à la carte menu is available during weekday evenings and weekend opening hours.
