1. Eligibility:

   • The voucher is valid for use by individuals aged 18 years and older.

   • Only one voucher per table per visit.

2. Validity:

   • The voucher is valid until December 31st, 2024.

   • The voucher cannot be used on special event days (during our 1st Year Anniversary promotion period) .

3. Usage:

   • The voucher must be presented at the time of payment to receive the discount.

   • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

   • The voucher is valid for dine-in only.

4. Minimum Spend:

   • A minimum spend of £15 is required to redeem the voucher (if applicable).

5. Exclusions:

   • The voucher cannot be used for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

6. Transferability:

   • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

7. Redemption:

   • The voucher can only be redeemed once.

   • Photocopies, screenshots, or digital copies of the voucher are not accepted.

8. Damage or Loss:

   • Hainan House is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

9. Right to Amend:

Hainan House 1st Year Anniversary Scratch Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility:

• The Scratch Card Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.

• Participants must comply with UK laws and regulations.

 

Entry Requirements:

• To enter the Scratch Card Giveaway, participants must follow the specified entry instructions.

• Spending £25 dining in at Hainan House, 88 Upper Street, to receive a scratch card. There is a limit of 4 cards per table.

Prize Claiming:

• The prize claiming period is valid until the 28th of January 2025.

• Any prizes not claimed within the above period will be disregarded.

• The prize must be presented at the time of payment to receive the discount, copies or screenshots of the scratch cards will not be accepted for prize claims.

• The prize can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

• The prize is valid for dine-in only.

Scratch Card Selection:

• Scratch cards will be randomly distributed to eligible customers.

• The Scratch Card selection process will be fair and impartial.

 

Guaranteed Wins:

• Any scratch card with 3 matching icons will be rewarded the corresponding prize.

• ‘Free Meal’, ‘10% off’, and ‘£10 off’ prizes can only be claimed on your next visit, also limited to be redeemed one prize per table per visit/day. 

 

Prizes:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

• Hainan House reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
